This program has been created to help you feel energized, clean your body, and work on your digestion, while targeting the needs identified during a preparation phase, which is indispensable for the success of the program. During our time together, I’ll guide you through the elimination of foods that are known to cause inflammation in the body, among other symptoms like fatigue, allergies, and acne. Then, I’ll support you during the reintroduction of those specific foods, helping you to identify which ones could be triggering or worsening your symptoms or health conditions. In the end, you’ll restore the proper functioning of your body.
